The Art Party
Who: The Art Party is a non-profit that focuses on the development & promotion of creatives & change-makers in the creative economy
Event: They collaborated with IMPACT Festival for joint charity festivals, and supported vegan / vegetarian Zoom workshops happening July 16-19 2020
Objective: As a social media promoter, my objective was to promote the festival and Zoom workshops, encouraging people to sign-up via The Art Party website. My other objective was to encourage people to download vegan and vegetarian resources from The Art Party website
Execution: I achieved my objectives by sharing content daily on various social platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, and Pinterest. Content consisted of vegan/vegetarian videos, as well as original content
Results: IMPACT festival was a success, with over 100 artists and 50+ workshops, reaching over 1.7 million people over the course of the four days

Martyrs of Revelation / VisionsFound
Who: Martyrs of Revelation is a graphic novel series composed of four exploratory adventure books produced and distributed by VisionsFound. After over ten years the first three books were finally released July 2020
Objective: I developed a marketing strategy with the goal of creating momentum for the books and gaining as many sales as possible upon release day
Execution: The first phase of my strategy was re-designing certain pages of the website, as well as input SEO elements such as descriptions and tags. The second phase of my strategy consisted of an eight week social media campaign leading up to the release day, which I developed through benchmarking and audience identification. The campaign covered all areas of the books including the story, art, history, and inspiration, as well as the artist and writer bios
Results: All three books reached a top ten graphic novel spot on Amazon and went to number one, two, and three in hot new releases within the first week

SynergyAspen Environmental
Who: SynergyAspen is an environmental consulting firm located in Port Moody and Fort St John BC
Objective: As a Junior Administrator, part of my role consisted of managing the company’s social media pages and profiles including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. My goal was to maintain organic growth of followers and engagement
Execution: I created and implemented a content calendar to strategize production and scheduling of posts, and shared content weekly. Target audience consisted of current and future employees, clients, and contractors, located in BC and Alberta. Content consisted of office and staff photos, awareness day posters, and original company branded images created by myself. My strategy for developing content was to focus on company values such as health and safety, as well as company culture and projects. I also wanted to build relationships with contractors, clients, and third parties to include them in content. One method of achieving this was following and engaging with their pages and posts on various platforms
Results: After my first three months, these strategies resulted in organic LinkedIn page likes increasing by 3.2%, and organic Facebook page likes increasing by 59%
